This was created as a reminder to ourselves that rest is important. Grind culture is an ever present noise, a violence against ourselves. When we resist this we find a peace inside and around us.

A necklace is for the very busy person that needs to remind themselves that resting is beautiful and sacred.

This silver pendent is inspired by Tricia Hersey, who wrote the book Rest Is Resistance. I feel inspired by so much of what she has written.
